TOWIE star Lauren Goodger tells new why she wants a boob reduction - and what she'd like to do with her implants

Reality star Lauren Goodger has revealed plans to go under the knife again 10 years after having a breast enlargement. The TOWIE OG will have her implants removed, a reconstruction and an uplift in an operation early next year. The 38-year-old single mum says she wants to embrace the natural look so she can "grow old gracefully" and meet the man of her dreams.

"I don't want any silicone in my body I don't want anything fake," she told us. "I want my boobs natural. It's not healthy to have these big plastic things sitting on top of your lungs. I struggle to breathe properly and I'm always out of breath because of my boobs. I can't get any bras or dresses that fit me. They're absolutely massive."

Lauren, who had a breast enlargement back in 2014, taking her from a 34D to a 34E, regrets having the procedure, especially since having children.

"When you get stuff done when you're younger it's great," she said. "I looked great, felt great and had a really good time with them.

"Now, I'm older - I've had two kids and I've breastfed they don't look like what they used to look like. They've dropped, they're absolutely massive and they make me look bigger. If I got rid of them, I'd probably look half the size."
