Rihanna has opened up about motherhood, admitting she can’t remember what her life was like before giving birth to her son.

Posing for a glamorous photoshoot with her nine-month-old baby boy, whose name she’s yet to reveal, and her rapper partner A$AP Rocky, the 34-year-old singer told Vogue, “It’s everything, you really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing ever.”

Rihanna – who made a dramatic return to the stage during the Super Bowl LVII final in Arizona last week, showing off her baby bump to announce her second pregnancy – had no idea she was expecting again when the magazine pictures were taken.

“How crazy both of my babies were in these photos and Mommy had no clue,” she mused.

Now faced with the newborn phase all over again, the Bajan star admitted she found the early days of parenthood challenging.

“I cannot believe it,” she explained. “Essentially, from one person I became two. You walk into the hospital as a couple and leave as a family of three. It’s nuts. And oh my gosh, those first days are insane. You don’t sleep. At all. Not even if you wanted to. We came home, cold turkey, had no one. It was just us as parents and our baby. Man, you’re a zombie for the most part.”
