They sent temperatures soaring with their passion, chemistry and explosive rows but Ekin-Su Cülcüloglu and Davide Sanclimenti are now looking forward to seeing what life outside the Love Island villa will be like for them - and whether they can keep the fire burning.
After winning over the public with their extraordinary romance and taking home the £50,000 prize, the couple plan to head to Italy to meet Davide's family.
Soap star Ekin-Su, 27, described winning the show as "surreal" while Davide said, "I've told her I've already won. I hope for the best for the future for us." Describing Davide, 28, as the "man of [my] dreams", Ekin-Su added, "I would definitely say there was, like, an instant spark and genuine butterfly feeling. There was a caring and intelligent side that I was really attracted to," before praising him on his "perfect body".
And it was the physical attraction that first pulled the two together as they instantly bonded over their love of the gym and healthy eating. In fact, just the day after landing back in the UK last week, they were back in the gym doing a joint workout.
A man who looks after himself is a big draw for Ekin-Su, according to her mum, Sezer.
