THINGS HAVE GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE BETWEEN BEN AFFLECK AND JENNIFER LOPEZ AS THEIR HIGH-PROFILE BREAKUP PLAYS OUT.

ON Aug. 4, Ben Affleck debuted a slick new look when he arrived at his L.A. office in gray jeans, a Red Hot Chili Peppers T-shirt, a black leather motorcycle jacket, aviator sunglasses and a faux-hawk haircut. Two days later, he traded the rocker duds for a tight-fitting suit but kept the shades and the new hairdo. It beats the huge back tattoo he got after his 2018 split from Jennifer Garner, but that's cold comfort for his soon-to-be ex, Jennifer Lopez. "A member of Jen's staff sent her a photo of Ben and her jaw just about hit the floor," a source tells Star.

"She thinks it's desperately lame, and that he's clearly having a midlife crisis." When divorce rumors began circulating in late May, Ben, 52, and Jen appeared to be on friendly enough terms while they figured out their next steps. Despite his moving out of their shared $68 million home, they were both spotted wearing their wedding rings and in mid-June, they were photographed smiling when they attended Ben's son Samuel's graduation ceremony together.
