Lea Michele promises she’s changed. Two years after the 36-year-old was accused of bullying on the set of the Fox hit Glee, the actress has landed her dream role: playing Fanny Brice in Broadway’s Funny Girl. “I really understand the importance and value of being a leader,” she said in a recent interview. “It means not only going and doing a good job when the camera’s rolling, but also when it’s not. And that wasn’t always the most important thing for me.”
