His chiselled features and timeless cool swag make it unsurprising that rocker Lenny Kravitz has never had trouble finding someone to date. His list of past loves features a host of A-list actresses and supermodels. While he’s even come close to walking down the aisle a few times since his first marriage to Lisa Bonet ended three decades ago – popping the question to model Adriana Lima and Nicole Kidman – he’s always faltered when it comes to the commitment crunch.

“The desire has always been there,” Kravitz reflected in a new interview with Esquire. “The tools in which to do so have not always been there.”

Kravitz admitted he’d “put some people through some hard times” with his inability to settle down, but says that at 59, he’s still keen to make it to the altar again.

“Absolutely. I’ve grown enough. I’ve become stronger. I’ve become more disciplined. I’ve become more open to be able to do so,” he told Esquire. “But it’s been a very difficult thing for me to figure out.”
