Their neighbors in Montecito are buzzing that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have split

The signs have been adding up. In late September and early October, Prince Harry went on an overseas trip, spending roughly 24 nights apart from wife Meghan Markle, who hit a red carpet in LA on her own. On Oct. 16, photographer Raimana Van Bastolaer posted a video of Prince Harry surfing, and as one commenter wrote, “This is giving divorced-dad-having-a-midlife-crisis energy.” At the same time, whispers that a moving truck had been spotted at their $14 million Montecito, Calif., mansion were rampant online. “They’ve clearly been living separate lives, but a sighting like that is usually what spells the end for couples,” a source points out. “Everyone is wondering: Have they split?”

Their neighbors seem to think so. As of press time, the pair hadn’t been photographed in public together in 75 days. And in a special investigation, In Touch uncovered bombshell details about the Sussexes’ crumbling six-year marriage from multiple residents of their wealthy enclave. “We know what’s really going on, and they seem to be over,” a Montecito local tells In Touch. “The buzz on the street here is that it’s only a matter of time before they officially split. We knew Meghan would break his heart.”
