The Bridge’s Julia Ragnarsson plays bereavement therapist Vera, whose younger brother Billy mysteriously vanished when she was a teen in BBC4’s Swedish thriller End of Summer.
Based on the hit novel by crime writer Anders de la Motte, the six-part slow-burn story begins on a summer evening in 1984 with the suicide of Vera’s mother following the tragic disappearance of five-year-old Billy from their home in rural Sweden.
