Belle decides to end her pregnancy... but can she do it without Tom finding out?

Desperately unhappy in her marriage to Tom, and adamant that she doesn’t want his baby, Belle sets her mind to having a termination.

It’s a heartbreaking decision and one she knows is going to be hugely difficult to pull off. After all, when her husband is controlling every aspect of her life, going out to buy a pint of milk is a challenge – so what hope does she have of aborting his child in secret?

Although Tom is oblivious to his wife’s plans, nurse Wendy is aware that Belle is uneasy about her pregnancy, while Belle’s midwife is also in the loop when the newlywed reveals her wishes.
