When new clinical nurse manager Siobhan McKenzie walks into Holby this week, she instantly realises the chaotic ED needs a firm hand! First, she lets the junior nurses know who's boss after hearing them gossip about her, before jumping into action and expertly treating distressed schizophrenic patient Scott Baker.
