Oliver Moeller exudes an energy that’s hard to ignore. Sitting confidently, with a distinct air of purpose in his home in Cebu City on a summer morning, it’s evident that he’s not one to let life pass him by.
Moeller wastes no time diving into our conversation. He leans forward eagerly, his animated gestures displaying a palpable sense of urgency—a readiness to seize the day and make the most of every opportunity that comes his way.
“It hasn’t fully sunk in yet,” the 32-year-old lawyer tells MEGA. “I’m definitely taking it one day at a time, I’m not going to lie. I’m still not used to all the attention, all the cameras and stuff.”
Who can blame him? After all, in just a few weeks, he became the talk of the town, capturing hearts and headlines alike with his charm and wit, all because of his appearance on the noontime show It’s Showtime.
Moeller recalls. “They told me it was just going to be a quick appearance—15 to 20 minutes. One thing led to another. I went to the show, and now we’re here.”
But was fame always his calling? Moeller chuckles before he admits, “It was never originally part of my plan to get into show business. My young dream was always something in professional sports, basketball, the typical Filipino hoops dream.” He adds, “I’ve always wanted to become a lawyer as well, so that ended up happening.”
HIS SKIN'S NON-NEGOTIABLES
In the high-pressure world of lawyers, where every moment is accounted for and every decision carries weight, maintaining peak fitness and appearance is no small feat. Yet, Moeller approaches his commitment to self-care like he had signed a contract with himself.
