Rakhee Rajadhyaksha, Iconic personality from fat to fit on the road of success winning the title crown of Perfect Mrs India, she has lot to share that inspires us, she is a Fitness master trainer with vast experience of 17 years receiving many accolades for her Contribution and her campaign toward FIT India, She came a long way for her comeback as a fitness coach and mentor with a drive that got great recognition including the prestigious Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar National Contribution Awards 2023 By Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari Hon Governor Of Maharashtra and more in her way as she strongly believes Future should have stability and ought age gracefully. How would you describe Rakhee?

I describe myself as fat, fit and graceful Fat: Highly obese person, lack of confidence Introvert. Started attending fitness classes, became certified as a coach, Master trainer, Elite Trainer from International Sports and Science Association More confident, brave, hardworking, taking challenges Graceful Future should have stability, age gracefully.

You have been in multiple activities from being a beauty Queen, fitness yoga educator put some light on it, and how do you manage and balance it 

Being beauty Pageant winner and a Fitness Coach was not an easy journey. Correction in my diet, working on my own fitness, taking fitness classes for my livelihood, family responsibilities, cooking etc, but the passion in me was more than any other and when you are passionate about your goals you automatically find a way. (She smiles)

Have you being a pampered child 

I was not at all a pampered child, my parents were disciplinary and my grandmother taught me moral values.

Where do you see yourself next 5 years? 

Next 5 years I see myself owning a gym with a rehab centre, yoga studio, spinning studio, giving services for the ladies, children and senior citizens.
