It encourages people to keep using it,' says dentist James Goolnik, founder of the Bow Lane Dental Group. You should use floss or interdental brushes as part of your daily dental routine. 'Plus, you need to brush for two minutes, twice a day. Most people brush for 30 seconds - but that's not enough,' adds James.
