We're used to keeping an eye on Brad Pitt on the red carpet because of his dashing looks, however of late we're cocking an eyebrow and wondering if he's OK.

Normally a professional at giving a Zoolanderesque 'Blue Steel' gaze for a waiting press pack, he's been spotted on the promo tour for big-budget action film Bullet Train acting quite the larrikin in a selection of brightly coloured comical suits.

Is it just a case of the 58-year-old Oscar winner, after decades in the spotlight, finally reaching a point in his career where he doesn't give two hoots about how the public sees him, or is his kooky behaviour evidence of something more?
