Supreme Meatza
SERVES 4 PREP & COOK 40 MINS
INGREDIENTS:
1 Spray a 23cm x 33cm (2cmdeep) oven tray with olive oil.
2 Place mince, egg and seasoning in a large bowl. Season with pepper. Mix with clean hands until well combined. Press mixture evenly over prepared tray to a 17cm x 27cm rectangle.
3 Cook in a very hot oven (220C) for 12 minutes. Remove.
4 Spread sauce over meat base. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Scatter over pepperoni, antipasto, capsicum and onion. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
5 Cook in same oven for a further 12 to 15 minutes, until topping is lightly browned and mince is cooked.
6 Serve with salad leaves and garlic bread.
