CAN SHE TRUST HIM – OR IS THIS A BAD BROMANCE?

Juggling her high-flying career as a human-rights lawyer with raising 5-year-old twins, Amal Clooney doesn’t have much spare time on her hands.

Because of this, she’s not a regular fixture on her husband George’s film sets and is rarely seen hanging out in his trailer while the cameras are rolling – like most other A-list spouses do.

“When people ask about Amal, George usually brushes them aside and explains she’s off saving the world and has no time to visit while he makes movies,” reveals a long-time friend of the couple. “He often marvels about how she manages to fit so much into her day.”

It’s no wonder then that cast and crew, including 61-year-old George himself, were shocked when Amal made a late-night visit to his current film set in New York City on February 17.

“George seemed surprised, like he wasn’t expecting her,” claims one witness. “But Amal carried on like it was the most natural thing in the world for her to show up unannounced.”

As our on-set photos show, Amal stuck closely by George’s side when he wasn’t busy filming, even though it was quite chilly on the Manhattan streets.
