As many as 495 out of 25,478 persons who died by suicide in Gujarat in the past three years were students, the Gujarat Congress said on Tuesday, citing data from the National Crime Record Bureau (NCRB). The party's reaction came in the wake of student found dead in the hostel room of LD Engineering College in the city on Tuesday morning.
