Research from Anarock shows that prime areas like Prahladnagar and Vastrapur saw 28% price growth each between 2019 and Q3 2024. In contrast, peripheral areas like Nava Naroda, Bopal, and Shela witnessed more significant growth of 44%, 32% and 33% respectively, over the same period.
