Journalist Mahesh Langa is facing yet another complaint, this time for alleged cheating, as confirmed by the city crime branch on Tuesday. City police chief GS Malik held a press conference to address the recent criticism surrounding the investigation into Langa and 16 others arrested in a GST scam. He also provided details about the latest FIR.
This is the third FIR against Langa. The crime branch had previously filed charges related to the GST scam, and a second complaint was lodged by Gandhinagar police concerning the theft of confidential meeting documents from the Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB).
