With property prices expected to rise by 25 to 40 percent due to an increase in jantri rates in the coming months, many developers in Ahmedabad are offering subtle discounts and freebies to lure potential buyers.

While NAREDCO Gujarat has announced a three-day property fest, starting on December 20, offering zero percent stamp duty to property buyers who book at the fest, other developers are also offering subtle discounts or freebies.
