Cast and crew of Udan Chho stranded for 3 days; survive on khichdi in hotel, without power or water supply

Nature’s fury does not differentiate between commoners and stars. Ironically, it is stars that bring to light difficulties faced by commoners in Vadodara who have been living without food, water and power for three days. The cast and crew of the upcoming Gujarati film Udan Chho, including senior actor Deven Bhojani and young actors Aarjav Trivedi and Aarohi Patel were stranded for three days in a hotel in Vadodara during the heavy downpour and flooding.

The hotel gave shelter to nearly 300 people on the premises, despite its reception submerged in knee-deep water.

Arohi, who returned on Wednesday with the team, told Mirror, "The first two days of the promotional tour were fine. But it was the next three days that was hell and havoc, more so due to flooding caused by Vishwamitri River breaking the banks."
