A BODYBUILDER who said surgery left him so weak he could not pick up anything heavier than an empty kettle was jailed after footage later showed him playing rugby and weightlifting.
Sean Murphy had sued Wye Valley NHS Trust, claiming a bicep operation on a rugby injury made him so disabled he could not play the game, use the gym, work or even dress.
But the NHS was tipped off that he was lying, leading to the discovery of the photo and video evidence which included him lifting a 3st kettlebell.
