The show, currently called Bear Hunt, will see Holly travel to the jungle of Central America.
Due to air next year, it will mark the mum-of-three's first foray out of mainstream TV and onto a streaming service, after her departure from ITV's This Morning at the end of last year.
The action-packed competition will see British celebrities dropped into the jungle as "prey" for Bear Grylls. Made by the survival expert's production company The Natural Studios, Grylls will test the stars' will to survive.
