TOM CURRY has called on his England team-mates to finally take and and halt their responsibility shocking run of near misses.
The back row, who will win his 55th cap against Australia on Saturday, insists it is time to stop throwing away games in the last quarter, as they have done three times on the spin against New Zealand.
Curry was involved in each chapter of that unwanted hat-trick, which culminated in the 24-22 loss at Twickenham after two defeats Down Under in July. England were whiter than white for an hour last Saturday before five penalties and ill-discipline handed the Kiwis the lead back.
Curry believes it is time for players to step up and kick the losing habit into touch - starting against the Wallabies at Twickenham.
