Annie Nisbet called emergency services as her car became submerged in floodwater at Bow Brook in Drakes Broughton, Worcs, on April 25 last year.
Police officers rushed to the scene and formed a human chain to save Annie's life, moments before the car sank.
Sergeants Lee Baker and Shannon Murphy and Constable Tom Simmonds have now been honoured with Police Federation National Bravery Awards for their actions.
Yesterday, West Mercia Police also released audio footage of the 999 call for the first time, which captured Annie's desperate pleas for help.
