JOE Biden committed yet another gaffe during a radio interview as he faces serious questions over his ability to run for a second term as US President.
Mr Biden, 81, said he is "proud to be the first black woman to serve with a black president".
He seemingly mixed himself up with vice president Kamala Harris while talking about his time as deputy under former leader Barack Obama.
It followed a disastrous debate with rival Donald Trump last week, in which he continually tripped up over his words and gave rambling monologues.
