THE killer of stabbing victim Amie Gray is still on the run, as police continue to search the beach where she was attacked.
Amie, 34, died after being stabbed just before midnight on Friday.
A mile-long stretch of the beach remains cordoned off and officers are still combing it with metal detectors, and using a winch and rope system to search the clifftop above for a possible murder weapon.
A 38-year-old woman who was with Amie was also seriously hurt in the attack and she remains in hospital.
A 17-year-old boy had been arrested on suspicion of murder but police yesterday confirmed he has been released and eliminated from inquiries.
Officers are now appealing for help identifying the suspect from CCTV images taken near Durley Chine Beach in Bournemouth, Dorset, and asked people to call 999 if they spot him.
