MARTIN Luther King's iconic "I have a dream" speech has been voted the most inspirational address of all time.
In the talk, delivered in Washington DC in 1963, the civil rights leader made a plea for racial equality.
Second in the poll was Prime Minister Winston Churchill's "we shall fight on the beaches" speech, given in 1940, in which he called on Brits to "defend to the death their native soil".
