HUW Edwards says he is in a race against time to lose a stone before he fronts the Coronation coverage.
The BBC news presenter, who shed three stone in 2019 in a fitness blitz, admitted the weight had crept back on.
The 61-year-old is on a mission to lose the excess pounds before the Coronation on May 6 at Westminster Abbey.
He said: "I am going to have to lose a stone no question. I am just a bit too tight around the waist. So maybe my boxing workouts will now have to go up to two a week. I am now down to one a week, as well as one run a week.
