ROY KEANE and Gary Neville fear Andre Onana may not recover from the calamitous start he has made to his Manchester United career.
Goalkeeper Onana, a £47million summer signing from Inter Milan, has made a series of high-profile blunders since joining United as David De Gea's replacement.
He let a tame shot past him in United's 4-3 Champions League defeat at Bayern Munich, then made another costly gaffe in a 3-2 loss to Galatasaray, which led to Casemiro being sent off.
The Cameroon star was also at fault for Brentford's opener last weekend, allowing a weak shot from Mathias Jensen to slip through his fingers at Old Trafford.
On that occasion, a double from substitute Scott McTominay in added time won the game for United and spared Onana from more uncomfortable scrutiny over another big mistake.
But former United captains Keane and Neville have questioned whether he can recover from such a poor start, despite De Gea having gone through a similar experience when he first joined.
