WARREN GATLAND has predicted that Leigh Halfpenny will be back in Wales colours as a future coach when he returns from New Zealand.
Halfpenny is set to join the Christchurch-based Crusaders, who have won 12 Super Rugby titles since 1998 and were the home of All Black heroes Richie McCaw and Dan Carter.
The 34-year-old has won 101 Wales caps, scoring 801 international points for his country but will turn out one last time in the red jersey against the Barbarians tomorrow in Cardiff.
He was looking for a job following the World Cup after failing to get a deal from the Scarlets - and Gatland urged him to grab the chance in New Zealand.
