GRAEME SHINNIE reckons Jimmy Thelin is raising the bar at Aberdeen because nobody's position is safe.
The captain is normally one of the first names on the team sheet but even he had to bide his time to get back in after dropping out through injury.
Aberdeen have won all 12 games this season and will look to make it 13 when Hearts head to Pittodrie tomorrow.
Shinnie can't wait to take on the Jambos and knows their run is all about the collective.
He said: "That's the way it has to be at a club like this and that's testament to the management and staff for the work they have done.
"Obviously we lost Bojan (Miovski) who was key for us last season and that has been sorted out.
