Plasterer emotional after star tells her story of helping others to recover

LEWIS Capaldi has released a new music video in tribute to a female plasterer who redecorates the homes of domestic abuse survivors for free.

The singer was touched by the story of Naima Ben-Moussa who wanted to help others after suffering domestic violence and abuse in her youth.

After training as a plasterer, she set up a charity called Rebuilding Lives UK which works alongside organisations such as Women's Aid to help people renovate their homes.

The 39-year-old, originally from Buxton, Derbyshire, has been a plasterer for four years.

Lewis has posted an emotional film online, set to his latest song A Cure For Minds Unwell, showing Naima's journey.
