Graeme ready for fundraiser but legend admits: I despise cycling

SCOTLAND legend Graeme Souness is gearing up for a daunting challenge later this month to help his "butterfly girl" pal Isla Grist.

The former Rangers and Liverpool football star swam the English Channel last year to raise funds for the butterfly skin charity, Debra.

Souness, vice president of the charity, got involved after meeting teenager Isla, 16, who suffers from agonising epidermolysis bullosa (EB).

It is a potentially fatal genetic skin condition which causes constant pain because of unstoppable internal and external blistering.
