A DOG who almost went blind is now able to enjoy the great outdoors thanks to specially adapted goggles.
Border collie Gus was diagnosed with a rare eye condition called pannus when he was a year old.
It affects the cornea of the eye and is worsened by sunlight, causing permanent blindness if not properly treated. Owner Chloe Godliman first spotted a pink cloudy patch in the corner of his left eye in summer 2021.
