THE UK Government's controversial Winter Fuel Payment cut will cost NHS Scotland £85million over the next five years, analysis suggests.
The SNP says the Labour government policy to means-test the benefit has "dealt a blow to our NHS" as well as having "served up a harsh winter for 880,000 Scottish pensioners".
