Rap mogul says rape claim is blackmail attempt and fears effect on his family

JAY-Z says he is furious he will have to explain to his children he has been accused of raping a teenager.

The rap mogul, whose real name is Shawn Carter, vehemently denies the allegations a woman made in a civil lawsuit.

She claims he and Sean "Diddy" Combs sexually assaulted her at a 2000 MTV Video Awards after-party, held in a private house, when she was 13.

Now 37, the woman says Combs told her: "You are ready to party." She claims Carter stripped her, held her down and raped her while Combs and a female celebrity watched.

She alleges Combs also raped her as Carter and the woman looked on.
