A FIRST win and the chance to show he's the Godfather on and off the pitch - it's an offer Brian Graham can't refuse.

While a family reunion may be out of his hands, he says the other end of today's "perfect scenario" hinges on Partick Thistle stopping going backwards.

Skipper Graham could end up sharing the Firhill pitch with a winger half his age in Tyrece McDonnell, who is also his nephew.

McDonnell featured on League Cup duty for Queen's Park and has been waiting for his chance from the bench since the league got going.

Graham, 36, said: "Perfect scenario is Partick Thistle 3, Queen's Park 0 and my nephew Tyrece, my sister's boy, plays.

"He's my godson, he's been in the first team this year and been on the bench. He was getting on last week until Calum Ferrie got sent off.
