THE Tartan Army have been hit by shock price hikes as they prepare to cheer on their heroes at Euro 2024 against hosts Germany next summer.
Airlines and hotels have been quick to send prices rocketing for travelling fans by more than 750 per cent over the weekend.
It's also been revealed that 10,000 Scots will be charged a premium for match tickets because their tie with the host nation in Munich is the Euros opener.
Instead of the competition's usual £25 starting price, the cheapest ticket for the Allianz Arena in Munich will be £42 but there is a limited number of them.
When the most loyal Scotland fans receive an email from the SFA on Wednesday, inviting them to apply for tickets, the race will be on.
After that allocation has been sold, the price ramps up to £162, £343 and £514.
