Coach's warning over Lamine

LAMINE YAMAL has been warned he must keep both feet on the ground.

Spain boss Luis de la Fuente is in awe of the 16-year-old's star quality but insists the winger has a "long way to go" despite a lightning start to his first finals.

De la Fuente said: "I don't compare players, I am not comparing Lamine with anyone else. You just mentioned Lionel Messi but he just needs to keep working hard as you'll be the first ones to put him down.

"He's a young person with his whole life ahead of him, he needs to stay weary and calm because there will be bad moments.

"We have to let him fulfil his potential naturally. Yamal has a long way to go."

Having already wrapped up top spot in Group B, La Roja are expected to shuffle their pack against Albania in Dusseldorf.
