SNP ministers have been accused by Labour of delivering the "most devastating Budget in the history of devolution".

Anas Sarwar blasted Humza Yousaf at FMQs during Holyrood's last day before the Christmas break.

The Scottish Labour leader accused the First Minister of being "out of touch" as he criticised NHS performance figures which show more than 425,000 people waited over the four-hour target in A&E departments this year.
