SCOTLAND has seen a huge surge of underage vape sales reports the sharpest increase across the UK.
The number of reports jumped by 79 per cent.
But while enforcement action last year had an impact with the number of suppliers caught increasing by 132 per cent, two out of five underage suppliers got away without a warning.
