LANDO NORRIS could not look Oscar Piastri directly in the eye - but he could at least muster a handshake after a frustrating Hungarian Grand Prix.
After all, the Brit felt like he was the one who should have been standing on the top step of the podium.
But he had to settle for second after finally, eventually, listening to repeated pleas from McLaren to "do the right thing."
But he was nowhere near as aggrieved as Max Verstappen, who spent the race turning the radio airwaves blue.
He fumed about Red Bull's lack of pace, their "s***" strategy and then Lewis Hamilton after they collided, sending his car flipping up into the air.
That allowed Hamilton to claim a 200th podium finish with championship leader Verstapen finishing fifth.
Norris started the race on pole but came out of the first corner third after Piastri and Verstappen swept past.
