Ten Hag says United Euro hopes are not in his hands

ERIK TEN HAG fears Manchester United will fail to secure Champions League qualification this season.

United find themselves nine points adrift of fifthplace Tottenham heading into tonight’s crucial showdown with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

And while Ten Hag insists United will fight to the death in a bid to book a place in club’s football’s elite competition, the Dutchman knows it will be a big ask.

Ten Hag said: “I have high standards and I would be  disappointed if we didn’t qualify. I know it will  be very difficult, because we’re not in a good position.
