Actress Olivia Wilde, who is dating Harry Styles, left, has won the first stage of a custody battle with her ex-husband, Ted Lasso star Jason Sudeikis, over the future of their two children
Actress Wilde wins first custody battle as she accuses Sudeikis of 'outrageous tactics'
OLIVIA WILDE has won a major legal battle with ex-husband Jason Sudeikis after he sought to fight for custody of their children in court in New York.
The actress and director, who is dating singer Harry Styles, split from Ted Lasso star Sudeikis in 2020 and they are locked in an increasingly bitter war over the future of their son Otis, eight, and daughter Daisy, five.
The dispute made headlines in April after custody papers were served on Wilde, 38, while she was on stage in Las Vegas promoting her new movie, Don't Worry Darling.
Now a New York judge has thrown out Sudeikis's bid to have the case heard in the city where he lives saying "California is the children's home state" and the location where a court must decide on their future.
