THE number of people using flexible offices such as WeWork, IWG and Workspace has bounced back to pre-pandemic levels as companies seek more flexible options.
A survey of the 30 largest operators of flexible workspace in the capital by property consultancy Knight Frank found the popularity of hybrid working and economic uncertainty have driven demand for short-term, lower-cost options.
Almost nine out of 10 respondents reported occupancy levels at their sites now back above 60%, the London flexible office market’s pre-Covid average.
