Harry, 16, died after what police described as "an altercation" as crowds gathered on Primrose Hill in north London to watch the display.
The 15-year-old youth was arrested on Tuesday along with an 18-year-old, who was held on suspicion of affray.
Harry's sister Tayla, 19, yesterday said in an emotional TikTok video that her brother was a "good boy" who had a "heart of gold" and would not have been involved in violence. She said: "Harry (pictured) was not in any way, shape or form involved with any gangs or anyone who could cause trouble.
