Prince Harry is suing MGN for damages, claiming reporters at its titles were linked to methods including phone hacking, “blagging” or gaining information by deception, and the use of private investigators for unlawful activities. But according to High Court barristers and other legal insiders, Green is seeking to tear his case “to shreds”.
