TORONTO: Edmonton Police Service (EPS) on Saturday said two persons identified as Evan Rain, 30, and Judith Saulteaux, also 30, have been arrested for the murder of a student from Haryana, Harshandeep Singh Anttal, in Edmonton, the capital of the province of Alberta, in the early hours of December 6.
