DEHRADUN:
The incident took place at around 7:45 pm at the victim's home in Alaknanda Enclave on GMS Road where he lived alone.
The victim was fighting for his life when he was discovered in a bathroom behind his house by his neighbours who rushed him to a hospital nearby. He was soaked in blood and had been stabbed multiple times, the police said, adding that he died during treatment.
According to the victim's neighbours, the suspected killer yelled the word "password" several times.
